Role Description The Team Leader role at NetAmbit is a full-time, on-site position based in Lanka. The Team Leader will oversee a team of sales and operations professionals, ensuring daily targets are met and processes are followed consistently. Responsibilities include planning and assigning work, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and driving high-quality execution of client projects. The role involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery. The Team Leader will also participate in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives, while promoting a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising, mentoring, and motivating frontline teams.Proficiency in sales process management, including target setting, performance tracking, and pipeline monitoring.Experience in operations and process execution, with the ability to manage workflows, ensure compliance, and optimize efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact professionally with clients and partners.Ability to analyze data and metrics, prepare reports, and use insights to improve team performance and outcomes.Background in field sales, retail, financial services, or call center operations is highly beneficial.Comfort with basic digital tools and reporting systems; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking platforms is an advantage.Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and accountability. .
