About the Role Handling techno-commercial activities for selling Dairy Ingredients from our portfolio for Key Accounts. Responsibilities Develop and grow sales in the dairy segment across assigned territoryHandle key accounts including Co-operatives, Private Dairies, and Institutional CustomersGenerate new business opportunities for dairy ingredients and application-based solutionsPromote products such as stabilizers, emulsifiers, cultures, enzymes, and specialty dairy ingredientsCoordinate and execute commercial trials at customer plants along with technical team supportUnderstand customer pain points and provide solution-based selling rather than only price-based sellingBuild strong relationships with Procurement, R&D, Production, QA, and Management teams of dairy customersManage customer follow-up from sampling stage to commercial conversionSupport tender business, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closuresMaintain project tracking and customer updates through CRM systemsCoordinate with principal companies for technical support, samples, and business development activitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned regionSupport product launches and market development initiatives for new dairy solutions Qualification MBA or Bachelors or Master's degree in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Science/Food Technology Required Skills Candidates with strong hands-on commercial trial experience in dairy applications will be preferred38 years of experience in Sales within the Dairy IndustryExperience in handling dairy ingredients business and commercial customer accounts preferredPrior experience with Co-operative Dairy Accounts will be an added advantageTechnical knowledge of dairy ingredients and industry regulations. .
