Jio is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the position of Key Account Manager Any Graduation (MBA preferred) Experience Required: 12 years (must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales managing Strategic and Large customers) Account Planning: Drive Revenue and develop/implement strategic account plans for key customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Service Delivery, Care & Assurance, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless service experience to Customers. Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery Incremental Revenue through current Customer acquisitions and recent Products penetration in existing accounts. Revenue retention in existing accounts (Churn Management) Ensuring Superior customer experience by driving Project Delivery as per agreed timelines, first time right deliveries, Network / Product Services uptime as per agreed SLAs. Collections against billing (zero disputes) Statutory and Regulatory Compliances Robust work experience in B2B sales. Key Account Management Experience. Collaboration and Relationship building. .
