AGGCON Equipments International Limited is Indias leading infrastructure equipment rental company, providing a comprehensive range of construction equipment to some of the countrys largest infrastructure, EPC, and industrial projects. With a growing fleet, nationwide operations, and a commitment to operational excellence, AGGCON supports the execution of critical infrastructure projects across India. We are looking for a strategic, assertive, and results-oriented Chief Collections Officer to lead AGGCONs collections and accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large receivables portfolios, institutional and corporate collections, credit control, and working capital, with the ability to drive timely collections across a nationwide customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the company-wide collections and accounts receivable strategy.Drive timely recovery of outstanding receivables and improve overall collection efficiency and cash flow.Manage large-value receivables from EPC, infrastructure, industrial, and corporate customers.Establish structured follow-up, escalation, and recovery mechanisms for overdue and long-outstanding accounts.Monitor ageing reports, DSO, overdue receivables, collection forecasts, and other key collection KPIs.Lead negotiations and payment resolution discussions with senior finance and commercial stakeholders at customer organizations.Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Billing, and Management to resolve commercial disputes and payment bottlenecks.Strengthen credit control processes and evaluate customer payment behavior and credit exposure.Establish accountability, targets, and performance metrics for the collections team.Drive automation, reporting, and process improvements through effective utilization of SAP ERP.Provide regular collection forecasts, ageing analysis, risk reports, and recovery updates to senior management. Requirements 815+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit control, commercial finance, or related functions.Proven experience managing large-value B2B/corporate receivables and complex collection cycles.Strong understanding of receivables ageing, DSO, credit control, cash-flow management, billing, and commercial documentation.Demonstrated ability to handle escalations, payment disputes, and recovery of significantly overdue accounts.Experience leading and managing collections teams across multiple customers, regions, or business units.Mandatory hands-on experience using SAP ERP.Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA/CA qualification preferred. Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, Haryana. Only candidates currently residing in Faridabad will be considered.
