The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, maintaining positive client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting property offerings, creating marketing strategies, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindsetExperience in Market Analysis and Client Relationship ManagementOrganizational and Time Management skills, with the ability to work in a target-driven environmentProven ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategiesProficiency in CRM software and maintaining accurate sales recordsPrior real estate sales experience is a plus but not mandatoryBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred .
