The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Capacity Management role focuses on optimizing performance through technology in a healthcare setting, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and data analysis to enhance healthcare systems.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for optimizing performance through technology and maximizing Capacity Management goalsResponsible for analyzing trends and volumes or issues, patterns, as well as developing models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate future demandAssists with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templatesCollaborates with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementationProvides reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid in the optimal functioning of teamAs required, provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as appropriateProvide ongoing support of Capacity Management systems as needed in support of production operations to ensure functionality and effectivenessSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of five (5) years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three (3) of the five (5) years must be in a healthcare analysis environmentProven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologiesProven experience leading committees, projects and activitiesProven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical disciplineExperience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systemsEpic Cadence CertifiedBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans403(b)Life insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursement100% Remote in Washington State only.
