We bring together work, community, food, gaming and experiences to create a workspace where work feels alive. About the Role As a Sales Executive at superco, you will be responsible for taking qualified leads from the Pre-Sales team through the complete sales journey: from understanding their requirements and conducting site visits to negotiation, closure and onboarding. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process and will also help new members settle into the space and resolve initial issues, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to member. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales: Take ownership of qualified leads handed over by the Pre-Sales team; understand workspace requirements, team size, budget and preferred duration; present relevant superco products and memberships; follow up consistently; and maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in the CRM. Site Visits: Conduct tours of the superco facility; explain the workspace, amenities, memberships, pricing and services; understand requirements during the visit; and recommend the most suitable solution. Negotiation & Closure: Prepare and share commercial proposals and quotations; negotiate within approved guidelines; address objections; drive prospects towards closure; achieve monthly sales targets; and coordinate documentation, payment and membership formalities. Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact during the initial onboarding period; help new members understand the space, facilities and services; coordinate with Operations, Community, Finance and other teams; and ensure initial or teething issues are addressed promptly. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships after onboarding; identify opportunities for upgrades, additional seats or other services; coordinate resolution of concerns; and contribute to client retention and satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators Monthly sales / revenue target Number of qualified leads converted Lead-to-visit conversion Visit-to-closure conversion Average deal value Sales cycle / closure time New memberships / seats sold Client onboarding experience Upselling and expansion opportunities What We're Looking For 13 years of experience in sales, business development, coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings and site visits. Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups. Good understanding of sales funnels and CRM processes. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams. Energetic, presentable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Role Summary You will own the journey from qualified lead site visit negotiation closure onboarding, ensuring that every client has a smooth experience from their first interaction with superco through their initial days in the space.
