Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a track record of producing error-free financial reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks or Tally). Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations.
