Summary: The Solution Intelligence Analyst II plays a pivotal role as the primary owner and key executor of the analytics workstream within a project. Based in Gurgaon, India, this individual is responsible for driving data -driven decision -making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex client dataranging from customer performance to collection calling metrics -using advanced tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python. Acting as a strategic partner to the Engagement Manager and Client Initiative Leader, the SIA II guides Business Analysts, ensures high -quality deliverables, and structures intricate business problems to enable effective analysis. From initial project scoping to final implementation, they contribute to the full project lifecycle, delivering actionable insights, compelling presentations, and robust business recommendations. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast -paced environments. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the analytics workstream throughout the project lifecyclefrom proposal and planning to execution, delivery, and implementation. - Serve as the primary point of contact for data collection and analysis, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. - Perform quantitative analysis on large, granular datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and relationships. - Utilize analytical tools (SAS, SQL, Python) to manipulate data, conduct modeling, and derive actionable insights. - Structure complex business problems and guide the team toward effective, data -driven solutions. - Mentor and oversee the work of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals. - Develop explicit, concise presentations and reports for internal and external clients, translating complex findings into strategic recommendations. - Collaborate with cross -functional teams and managers to deliver high -impact, innovative solutions. - Contribute to the identification of so what insights from data, ensuring relevance and business value.
