Position Description: Responsible for processing credit memos (e.g., sales tax, pricing discrepancies, price protection etc.) and billing specialist for the NavePoint company General Duties and Responsibilities: Point Person for sales for all customer invoice corrections.Issues credits for sales tax, freight, pricing discrepancies for all brands.Works between collectors and sales to correct discrepancies on past due invoices.Processes credits for price protection, co-op, or any other credits requested by sales.Sends completed credit memos to sales, AR, or customer per request.Posts NavePoint invoices to BC14 for "Direct Bill" customers.Assists with credit card fraud monitoring by running risk score review report.Assist with A/R month-end close as needed.
