Talent Acquisition Recruiter Company: Integrated Security And Fire Inc. Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Location: United States About The Role The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will serve as ISFIs primary recruiting professional and independently manage the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding. The position will primarily recruit traveling low-voltage technicians and fire alarm technicians. Because our field positions involve frequent travel, overnight schedules, driving, physical work, and extended time away from home, the recruiter must clearly communicate expectations and identify candidates who are genuinely prepared for the work. Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding Proactively identify and contact qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, trade schools, workforce organizations, social media, community groups, and other channels Create and maintain accurate, engaging job postings Review applications and conduct structured phone or video screenings Evaluate candidates based on experience, reliability, professionalism, communication, travel flexibility, and job readiness Clearly explain travel, overnight scheduling, physical-work, driving, and project expectations Coordinate interviews, employment offers, background checks, documentation, and onboarding requirements Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a qualified pipeline for planned hiring and urgent staffing needs Develop recruiting relationships with trade schools, technical programs, workforce organizations, veteran programs, and community partners Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, retention, and recruiting-source effectiveness Conduct new-hire check-ins and help identify onboarding or retention concerns Recommend improvements to ISFIs recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes Qualifications At least three years of recruiting, staffing, talent-acquisition, or candidate-sourcing experience Experience independently managing multiple openings through the recruiting process Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage candidates Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organization, time-management, documentation, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring priorities simultaneously Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the recruiting function Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant-tracking systems, spreadsheets, email, and video-conferencing tools Ability to handle confidential applicant and employee information appropriately Reliable internet access and a professional environment for conducting calls and interviews Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Experience Skilled-trades, construction, electrical, security, or field-services recruiting Low-voltage, CCTV, fire alarm, access-control, or structured-cabling industries Traveling-technician, high-volume, or multi-state recruiting Recruiting both entry-level and experienced field employees Employee onboarding and retention Bilingual English and Spanish communication Industry experience is helpful but not required. Strong full-cycle recruiters who are willing to learn the low-voltage and field-services industry are encouraged to apply.
