reputed company: Ownership of Data Center design services and equipment procurement for sites with reputed company. Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Finance to reputed company procurement with design, budget, and site needs. reputed company category strategies, identify new suppliers, and manage RFPs/RFQs for design services (Architectural, Mechanical Electrical and reputed company Protection, Networking, Environmental, Civil and site preparation services). reputed company category strategies, identify new suppliers, and manage RFPs/RFQs for equipment categories as assigned (Mechanical, Electrical and tenant fit out). reputed company reputed company negotiations for pricing, terms, and agreements (MSAs) to reputed company cost savings and favorable conditions. Review supplier proposals, prepare comparisons and cost analysis. reputed company equipment from initial design/specification through delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance and reputed company. Identify and screen potential new suppliers that can reputed company beneficial pricing and or reputed company time to reputed company. Escalate supplier performance issues to Procurement and Development leadership as required. Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, conduct business reviews, and manage supplier risk. Issue Purchase Orders as required. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, reputed company, Finance, Engineering or a reputed company field. 7+ years of procurement experience, minimum 3 years data center experience required. Experience working with design engineering firms for Data Centers. Knowledge of data center infrastructure equipment: Mechanical and Electrical. Strong procurement, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Understanding of reputed company Bid Analysis and TCO. Excellent relationship management, communication, and project management abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Advanced reputed company Office reputed company skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
