Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions with US-based clients. Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Excellent English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in the US night shift. Freshers are welcome to apply.
