Job Summary: We're looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at Paytm/ PhonePe. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our digital payment solutions, including QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants. Your performance will drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for Paytm's / Phonepe payment solutions 2. Onboard merchants, install QR codes and devices, and provide post-sale support 3. Promote and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines 4. Ensure customer engagement and maintain strong relationships 5. Track sales activities, report progress, and provide market feedback Requirements: 1. 10th pass or above, with 0-1 year of experience in field sales 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets 4. Valid driving license and two-wheeler ownership (mandatory) 5.
