Job Offer: Collections Manager KredSetu Location: New Delhi, India Role Overview: KredSetu is looking for an experienced Collections Manager to lead and optimize collection operations within the micro lending (small ticket size) and fintech space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving teams to meet KPIs, applying data-driven strategies to maximize recovery rates, and ensuring compliance with NBFC-specific collection practices. Key Responsibilities - Lead collection teams to consistently achieve performance targets and KPIs. - Implement tailored collection strategies aligned with NBFC operations. - Apply data analysis to optimize processes and maximize recovery outcomes. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across collection operations. Requirements: - Proven experience leading collection teams in micro lending/fintech companies (with high delinquency buckets). - In-depth knowledge of NBFC-specific collection operations. - Solid leadership and team management skills. - Ability to design and implement data-driven strategies. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Compensation: 60,000.00 - 180,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
