Manage and administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Perform Active Directory (AD) administration including users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and permissions. Manage DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows services. Perform server patching, upgrades, hardening, and vulnerability remediation. Monitor server health, performance, CPU, memory, disk, and system events. Troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, authentication, connectivity, and application-related issues. Manage VMware/Hyper-V virtual machines and perform basic VM troubleshooting. Handle server build, configuration, decommissioning, and migration activities. Work with backup teams on backup/restore and disaster recovery activities. Perform PowerShell scripting for automation and routine administration. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problems through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Participate in 24x7 support/on-call rotations when required. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
