Job Key Roles & Responsibilities: - IPO Readiness & Execution: - Act as a key liaison between the companys executive leadership, underwriters, legal advisors, and regulators throughout the IPO process. - Support drafting of the prospectus and manage investor presentation materials (roadshows, Q&A; documents, etc.). - Coordinate due diligence processes and help in compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements. - Investor Communication Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive IR strategies to support market confidence pre- and post-IPO. - Manage all financial communication, including earnings announcements, investor decks, fact sheets, and press releases. - Facilitate investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and analyst briefings. - Market Intelligence & Feedback: - Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to the executive team. - Gather and relay investor feedback to refine messaging and strategic positioning. - Compliance & Governance: - Ensure adherence to SEBI and Exchange regulations during IPO and beyond. - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to uphold transparency and timely disclosures. .
