We are hiring a Procurement Manager to join our Global Capability Center in Mumbai. This role will oversee end-to-end procurement operations, including purchasing, vendor and contract management, and master data governance - driving efficiency and compliance, through data-driven insights and collaboration with the Procurement team. Essential Duties Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase orders, requisition processing, sourcing, contract management, and purchase order lifecycle. Manage supplier relationships including onboarding and performance review.Ensure accuracy and compliance in vendor master data, contracts, and procurement documentation.Manage RFx processes and award business to achieve cost and quality goals.Monitor procurement performance through KPIs, spend analysis, prepare management reporting to drive efficiency and cost optimization.Mentor and guide the procurement team to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Resolve escalated supplier or stakeholder issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for seamless procurement execution Competencies Proven expertise in procurement operation, planning, and vendor and supply chain management Strong contract development, compliance, and risk management skills, ensuring supplier performance and regulatory adherence.Effective leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems, with solid knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Science or related field 510 years in procurement or supply chain management, including 3+ years in a managerial capacityProficiency in ERP and Procurement platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle or related), Excel, and reporting tools.Deep understanding of procurement policies, contract law, and compliance requirements.Expertise in negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
