Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain company, for the position of Transportation Operations Executive in Chennai position. Transportation Operations Executive Billing, Track & Trace & POD Management Transportation Operations Experience: 3 to 5 yrs We're looking for a hands-on Transportation Operations professional to run the day-to-day Billing, Track & Trace, and Proof of Delivery (POD) Management processes. This is an execution-focused role, working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility, and delivery documentation accurate and on time with strong exposure to the US transportation landscape. Own end-to-end Billing operations invoice processing, validation, discrepancy resolution, and timely closure Handle POD Management collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentation Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, and compliance norms in day-to-day processing Hands-on experience in transportation operations, specifically in Billing, Track & Trace, and POD Management Working knowledge of the US transportation landscape carriers, standards, and compliance requirements .
