Operations Executive- Fitness Club

Job Summary We are looking for an Operations Executive who will manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role focuses on operational efficiency, member experience, facility management, and supporting overall business operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the fitness center. Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, trainers, and other departments. Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and operational at all times. Handle member queries, concerns, and operational escalations promptly. Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of operational supplies. Maintain operational reports, documentation, and MIS records. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards. Support management in implementing operational improvements and achieving business objectives. Skills & Competencies Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good documentation and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and operational management tools. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline. 25 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Hospitality, Retail, or Service industries. Experience in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle organizations is preferred.
