Role & responsibilities *Clinical video annotation *Review and interpret clinical images, documents, medical records, physician notes, diagnostic reports, and other healthcare data. *Annotate and label clinical information according to established annotation guidelines and project requirements. *Identify and classify clinically relevant information *Perform medical entity recognition, classification, normalization, and information extraction. *Review and annotate negation, uncertainty, severity, and clinical context where applicable. *Perform quality checks on annotated datasets and correct inconsistencies. *Escalate ambiguous or clinically complex cases to Clinical SMEs or project leads. *Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completeness across annotation tasks. *Follow project-specific clinical annotation guidelines, workflows, and quality standards. *Provide feedback on annotation guidelines where clinical terminology or documentation patterns require clarification. Preferred candidate profile *Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline. *Medical Students can apply *Medical knowledge of anatomy *Strong understanding of clinical terminology and medical documentation. *Robust clinical reading and comprehension skills. *Ability to interpret physician notes, medical records, diagnostic reports, and clinical narratives. *Excellent attention to detail. *Ability to follow structured annotation guidelines consistently. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets and web-based data annotation platforms. .
