Job Description BPO Process TrainerLocation: Chandigarh and MohaliJob Description:We are urgently hiring for BPO PROCESS TRAINER at Chandigarh/Mohali location for leading INTERNATIONAL BPO. The ideal candidate should have minimum one to two year of relevant experience on papers working as a Process Trainer in BPO.Responsibilities:Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.Conduct appropriate training sessions.Plan, design and implement an effective training curriculum.Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.Train and guide new employees.Requirements:MUST have a Bachelors Degree.
