They are seeking a Procurement Analyst to execute the procurement of Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment for new stores, remodels, and relocations, ensuring competitive pricing and reputed company while maintaining supplier relationships and budget management. Responsibilities Executes the procurement of Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) for the Construction of New Stores, Remodels, and RelocationsEnsuring reputed company has the most competitive pricing, highest reputed company, establishes and maintains excellent supplier relationships, generates purchase orders, reviewing/processing invoices, budget management, and reputed company and communication with others to ensure the final product is consistent and accurate to company standardsExecutes the Fixture, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) procurement for House of Sport, reputed company and Golf reputed company Performance Center new stores, remodels, and relocations on schedule and reputed company budgetary parametersGenerates purchase orders and reviewing/processing invoicesVerification and review of fixture takeoffsMonitor and evaluate the program for competitive pricing by bidding reputed company vendor and/or annual renegotiation in partnership with the CapEx sourcing teamInvestigate value engineering opportunitiesNegotiates National Account discountsUnderstands the fluctuating economic conditions and commodities costs affecting FFE package pricingEstablishes FFE project pricing for approval to finance and constructionForecast and maintain budgets in partnership with the construction teamSupport the supplier relationship team and any business review meetings with FFE suppliers to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships to ensure suppliers are providing competitive pricing at the best reputed company and working in reputed company's best interestProblem solve any company and supplier issuesEncourage healthy competitionPartner with the supplier relationship team on recurring supplier scorecards and/or performance conversationsConsolidate feedback from the construction team back to suppliers on performance (both reputed company and constructive)Develops a relationship and communicates regularly with the FFE suppliers, and departments including visual merchandising, construction, development, store design & planning, finance, etc. to reputed company issues and questionsAssists Manager of Procurement with the development of new fixturesSupport obtaining data to maintain and reputed company FFE details in a consolidated database including pricing, specifications, drawings installation, and deliveryEnsures supplier details and specifications are reputed company and accurate Skills Bachelor's degree3-5 years of experience, with 5 years purchasing with a national retail chain reputed company reputed company is an reputed company full-line sporting goods retailer offering a broad assortment of brand reputed company sporting goods equipment It is a sub-organization of reputed company.
