Job Description: Role Summary The Supply Chain Manager After Market will be responsible for managing the end-to-end After Market supply chain process, including demand coordination, inventory planning, allocation, fulfillment, logistics follow-up, warranty support, and service-parts availability. This role will ensure that After Market and Warranty requirements are planned, executed, tracked, and escalated with clear ownership and measurable performance. The position will work closely with Service Sales, Asset Management, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Product, Finance, and regional Supply Chain teams to improve service reliability, inventory control, and operational execution. The role requires strong operational discipline, hands-on supply chain management, analytical capability, and the ability to convert business needs into clear actions, KPIs, and process improvements. While the position is primarily execution-focused, it will also support the development of a more scalable After Market operating model as the business grows and recent product lines are introduced. Key Responsibilities After Market Supply Chain Execution - Manage the end-to-end After Market supply chain flow from demand intake through allocation, fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation. - Ensure After Market and Warranty orders are monitored proactively and delivered in line with agreed service expectations. - Maintain visibility of open demand, blocked orders, aging lines, inventory availability, supplier constraints, and logistics risks. - Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve execution issues across planning, warehouse operations, logistics, sourcing, and service teams. - Escalate blockers early with clear facts, business impact, options, and recommended actions. Demand Planning and Inventory Control - Support the After Market demand-planning process using historical consumption, warranty demand, installed base information, customer/service input .
