HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers.Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data.Coordinate payroll inputs and support statutory compliance activities.Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.Organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.Address employee queries and ensure timely HR support.Prepare HR reports and support process improvements.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.23 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.Good understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle.Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS tools.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Compensation: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
