Operations & Flow: Maintain smooth patient flow, reduce wait times, and manage high-acuity daily shift demands.Staff Management: Handle hiring, shift scheduling, performance reviews, staff mentoring, and ongoing clinical training.Budget & Resources: Oversee unit operating budgets, equipment acquisition, and adequate supply inventories.Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, track quality metrics, and lead patient safety improvements.Collaboration: Act as a core liaison between nurses, doctors, hospital administration, and support departmentsEducation: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree (MSN or MHA) preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of clinical nursing experience plus progressive leadership or charge nurse experience in an emergency setting.Compensation: From 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
