Apollo Clinic is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented "Marketing Executive / Sales Lead" to drive footfall to the clinic by developing strong relationships with local doctors, labs, diagnostic centres, and the community. This role combines elements of field sales, medical representation, and event coordination to increase patient walk-ins through referrals and outreach activities. Key Responsibilities Doctor Referrals: Visit general physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote Apollo Clinics services and generate patient referrals. Local Tie-Ups: Build partnerships with local labs, diagnostics centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities to drive mutual patient referrals. Community Engagement: Organize and execute health camps, wellness checks, and corporate or society outreach programs to raise awareness and attract new patients. Lead Generation: Actively scout for and convert new opportunities to increase footfall through in-person visits, relationship building, and timely follow-ups. Brand Representation: Represent Apollo Clinic professionally in all external interactions, ensuring high standards of communication and brand positioning. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain detailed daily records of visits, leads, referrals, and activity outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams (nursing, lab, admin) to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Science or Pharma preferred) 24 years of experience in medical representative, diagnostics marketing, or healthcare sales roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits daily Preferred Background: Prior experience with clinics, diagnostic chains, or pharma companies Familiarity with the local geography and doctor network Location: Chennai & Bangalore Salary: Competitive with incentives based on performance Benefits: Travel allowance, medical insurance, and performance bonuses .
