About the Role Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Corporate HR (People & Culture) to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Organization Development (OD), Employee Engagement, and Corporate HR practices within a large manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support OD interventions aligned with business objectives.Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, job evaluation, competency mapping, and workforce planning.Design and implement change management programs to improve organizational performance.Conduct employee surveys and develop action plans to strengthen organizational culture.Manage talent review and succession planning processes.Develop and implement leadership development initiatives.Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and create development solutions.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees.Support PMS team on performance management cycles, goal-setting, and performance review processesAssist in policy formulation, implementation, and governance.Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports and dashboards.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Desired Candidate Profile Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.MBA / PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.Experience 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Corporate HR, OD, or similar role.Prior experience in the Garment, Textile, Apparel, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.Experience handling large employee populations in a multicultural work environment.Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of Organization Development (OD).Experience in Corporate HREmployee Engagement and Culture Building initiatives.HR Analytics and Reporting.Behavioral Competencies Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer Opportunity to work with one of the leading garment manufacturing organizations in the region.Exposure to global HR best practices and large-scale workforce management.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
