Hiring Chief Business Officer Private Insurer Business

Role & responsibilities:Build deep relationships with the insurers' leadership teams to ensure contract renewals and pitch for additional lines of business.Should have relevant experience of Private Insurer business management with well-established market contacts at various general & health insurance companies.Should have a proven ability to generate leads & convert them into business opportunities.Should have good understanding of manpower outsourcing management and its service fees computation & margins.Should have a deep understanding of the market, competitive and health insurance product & solutions landscape (must be a SME in these areas).Delivery of services within the expected timelines, the targeted market growth and revenue growth.Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with insurers to present performance data, address pain points, and align on strategic goals.Responsible for developing the private insurer client base for MDIndia Health Insurance Services.Manage the revenue and profitability margins of the allocated private insurer portfolio.Build and develop performing teams across the Vertical.Good networking capabilities with strong existing contacts across Pvt. ICs, and in the overall health insurance industry/ecosystem.Present MDIndia and the services provided along with (best fit) solutions.Maintain proper MIS & Internal reports clearly showing the Verticals performance.Willing to travel pan-India.Preferred candidate profile:Strong leadership and Business Management Skills.Excellent relationship management, written, oral, communication and presentation skills.Good planning and organization skills.Good Financial, Sales and Operations Management Skills. .
