Experience: 4 6 Years Role: Workday HCM Technical Consultant Job Description We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configuration. The candidate should have strong expertise in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday HCM integrations and reports. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Workday Reports, including advanced and custom reports.Design, develop, and support EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) inbound and outbound integrations.Develop and maintain Core Connector Outbound integrations.Work on Workday Payroll integrations and related interfaces.Develop and support Benefits Connector Outbound integrations.Build complex integrations using Workday Studio.Develop and troubleshoot integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and APIs.Understand and work with Workday business processes, security, and integration security policies.Perform integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.Prepare technical documentation and support integration-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
