As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Vendor Sales / Supplier Sourcing Executive who can identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage high-quality suppliers to strengthen our product portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source and onboard new suppliers, brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.Successfully onboard 300+ vendors through previous roles (mandatory experience).Identify high-demand products and categories based on market trends.Build strong relationships with Australian and international suppliers.Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, shipping costs, and exclusive deals.Ensure suppliers provide complete onboarding documentation, including catalogs, pricing, inventory feeds, and product images.Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads and integration.Monitor supplier performance, including pricing competitiveness, stock availability, and fulfilment quality.Work with suppliers to improve margins and secure promotional offers.Continuously research new brands and emerging product categories.Maintain an organized supplier database and onboarding pipeline.Collaborate with merchandising, operations, marketing, and customer support teams.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Mandatory Requirements 35 years of experience in Vendor Acquisition, Supplier Sourcing, Vendor Development, or Category Management.Proven track record of onboarding 300+ suppliers/vendors.Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, retail, wholesale, or dropshipping.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong commercial and analytical mindset.Ability to identify profitable products and suppliers.Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for supplier management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience working with: Ecommerce marketplacesDropshipping suppliersManufacturers and importersWholesale distributorsInternational sourcingShopify or other ecommerce platformsAustralian or global supplier networksKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Number of new vendors onboarded each monthRevenue generated from newly onboarded suppliersGross margin improvementNumber of exclusive supplier partnershipsProduct catalog expansionVendor activation rateSupplier response timeNegotiated cost savingsVendor retention and satisfactionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is someone who: Has built a large supplier network.Can confidently negotiate pricing and commercial terms.Understands ecommerce business models and marketplace operations.Is proactive, target-driven, and highly organized.Can independently identify and close supplier partnerships.WHY JOIN DURING DAYS Work with one of Australia's rapidly growing ecommerce businesses.Opportunity to build strategic supplier partnerships.Performance-driven culture with career growth opportunities.Exposure to international brands and suppliers.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Attractive compensation with performance incentives based on vendor acquisition and business growth.HOW TO APPLY If you have successfully onboarded 300+ vendors, have strong supplier negotiation skills, and are passionate about building long-term business partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
