An essential function under EY Business Enablement, Supply Chain Services (SCS) is a global team with more than 600 professionals in over 35 countries supporting the EY organization across the globe. This structure helps enable knowledge-sharing across categories and regions, streamlining efforts in seeking innovative suppliers that can provide exceptional client service to maximize SCSs value for the EY organization and the world's supply chain. A key component of SCS is Global Procurement, whose purpose is to drive significant synergies and value creation from sourcing to contract lifecycle management, deliver exceptional client experiences and build more vital collaboration to manage Technology, Talent, Alliances and Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) spend categories. We forge meaningful supplier relationships and strengthen supplier resilience to help EY maximize long-term value for its people, clients and communities. As a Supplier Relationship Team Manager , you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of people and suppliers that contribute to EYs continual effort of Building a better working world and ensuring that our SRM program is truly world-class. Your key responsibilities Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, leading and supporting the SRM team in supporting business owners in achieving their goals and objectives reliant on supplier performance of contract obligations. Willingness to work during European & early North America business hours with stakeholders. Provide exceptional service to stakeholders while delivering both brand and quantitative value through contract value realization Require exceptional understanding of Microsoft products and services. Understand our global supplier footprint, types of contracts signed, and supplier deliverables and obligations as defined in the contracts, demonstrating a strong understanding of the category and building/driving the future roadmap Have a strong understanding of key suppliers, their capabilities and their position in the market Ensure SRM engagement with business stakeholders, procurement specialists and supplier account teams Work with senior stakeholders to help develop a supplier strategy which supports the overall global SRM strategy Help suppliers be successful in delivering their services at EY Drive improvements in processes, policy, systems, management information and reporting Build strong relationships with business partners including Technology, Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, etc. Ensure the successful delivery of tactical SRM services provided by third parties in support of Microsoft Manage the training, development and performance of team members, helping them develop their leadership, strategic development skills, supplier relationship management expertise and people management skills Ensure consistent use of the SRM framework Skills and attributes for success Extensive knowledge of the SRM landscape and specifically Microsoft with deep understanding of their product offerings and solutions across cloud, managed services, and the datacenter Strong business acumen and commercial skills to drive supplier relationship management strategies across a broad array of portfolios Understanding of the commercial drivers of supplier performance Strong negotiator and influencer capable of driving alignment with key senior stakeholders and leaders Solid leadership skills Collaborative team member valuing cooperation and teamwork Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders The ability to drive change by building strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners and suppliers Sound judgment and decision-making abilities Strong organizational skills To qualify for the role, you must have Business or .
