Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Establish planning and reporting cycles for assigned portfolios including regional consolidation and analysis activities Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting activities in partnership with site operations and finance colleagues Drive site finance engagement and initiatives (across business and functional groups) designed to improve financial reporting/analysis and operating performance Lead FP&A rigor and simplification initiatives to drive timely, accurate and value-add analytics Build collaborative relationships with Site Finance, HQ Finance, GFS and Operating teams Support leadership team in preparation of budgets, operating plans, investment strategies, and resource planning Support financial reporting on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Maintain large datasets, systems & processes for reporting and analyzing operating results Partner with IT to drive system automation and process optimization Provide support for key initiatives & business investment activities Share best practices and drive One Emerson initiatives when applicable Support internal controls rigor, balance sheet reviews and audits Who You Are You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. For This Role, You Will Need Finance Professional with 10+ years of work experience in FP&A Domain Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools Analytical thinking ability and good team player Internal & External Stakeholder Management Cross functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes. Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity. Strong team player having creative thinking and strategic solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
