Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and meeting status. Send basic follow-up messages or emails, if required. Build a positive first impression of the company through professional communication. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident speaking ability over calls. Basic knowledge of sales calling and client coordination. Ability to handle follow-ups professionally. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain data. Target-oriented and disciplined approach. Preferred Skills: Prior telecalling or client coordination experience. Experience in B2B calling will be an added advantage. Ability to convince clients and secure appointments. Objective of the Role: To generate client interest and schedule quality meetings for the sales team, helping convert prospects into business opportunities.
