Role Summary We are seeking a driven, consultative Senior Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead net-new business development across global markets. In this role, you will target mid-market enterprise clients in the BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare sectors, taking complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle for GCC Setup Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional delivery teams, you will establish new client partnerships, structure non-standard deals, and drive revenue growth. Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Market Development Generate and qualify a high-value sales pipeline across the US, Europe, and India.Target mid-market enterprises within BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare verticals.Execute outbound strategies leveraging executive networks, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach.Consultative Sales & Deal Execution Manage enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to deal closure.Position tailored solution offerings directly to C-suite decision-makers (CXOs).Partner with founders and internal teams to co-create and close complex, high-value deals ($100K$5M+).Lead client RFP processes and serve as the main liaison for customized proposal development.Revenue Ownership & Cross-Functional Alignment Own and achieve defined individual revenue targets and sales quotas.Coordinate internal subject matter experts and delivery teams to align solution scope with customer needs.Maintain clean CRM pipeline hygiene, conversion tracking, and accurate forecasting.Gather market feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and solution enhancements. Requirements Experience: Proven track record in consultative enterprise sales, net-new business acquisition ("hunter" mindset), and managing long deal cycles.Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of services, advisory, GCC setupGeographic Exposure: Demonstrated success selling into international markets, particularly the US and Europe.Skills: Excellent C-level presentation skills, deal structuring expertise, and cross-functional program management capabilities. .
