Role: Sales Officer | Distribution Paint Industry Mandatory Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu Experience: 35 Years CTC: 67 LPA Industry: Paints / Building Materials Role: Sales Officer Distribution Key Responsibilities Drive sales and distribution of paint products across assigned territories.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and key customers.Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, volume, and distribution targets.Identify new dealers/retailers and expand the distribution network and market coverage.Ensure product availability, stock movement, and timely replenishment across the assigned territory.Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.Manage distributor orders, collections, outstanding payments, and overall distributor performance.Implement company sales schemes, promotions, and product launches effectively in the market.Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing, dispatches, inventory, and customer issues.Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance reports.Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: 35 years of sales experience in the Paint Industry.Strong experience in dealer/distributor/channel sales.Good knowledge of the Dindigul market and surrounding territories is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting .
