Age upto 30 Years We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Hiring Specialist with hands-on experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring and Field Recruitment . Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements. Conduct ground-level and field hiring through multiple sourcing channels. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process. Manage candidate Attendance tracking/payouts/incentives and ensure timely processing. Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfil hiring requirements. Proactively work on client demands and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements . Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, field teams, and clients. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates. Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines. .
