As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our family. What Your Role Entails You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial ultrasound equipment at customer sites. The role involves providing timely technical support, resolving equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. What You Will Do Install, configure, commission, and calibrate industrial ultrasound systems.Conduct functional testing and acceptance trials.Provide basic operator training during installation. Maintenance & Service Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.Repair, replace, and align components such as transducers, electronic cards, power supplies, and control units. Troubleshooting & Technical Support Attend breakdown calls and provide on-site or remote technical support.Identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.Minimise equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting. Customer Support & Documentation Act as the technical point of contact for customers.Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and operators.Maintain service reports and accurate maintenance records. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.56 years of relevant experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial equipment.Experience in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems will be preferred.
