Service Advisor Trainee

Indus Motors is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns.Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and service costs.Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work.Keep customers informed about service progress and delivery timelines.Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work carried out.Promote value-added services and genuine Maruti Suzuki parts.Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to dealership processes.Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.03 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automobile dealership.Strong communication and customer service skills.Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is an advantage.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
