International Travel Consultant

International Travel Sales Executive We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented International Travel Sales Executive with strong hands-on experience in the international travel industry. International Travel Sales experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to US Travel, International Flight Sales, GDS/Amadeus, airline ticketing, travel bookings, customer handling, and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities - Handle international travel customers and enquiries and understand their complete travel requirements. - Handle US travel and international flight sales from enquiry to booking closure. - Provide customers with suitable international flight options, fares, routes, schedules, and itineraries. - Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus for flight availability, fare search, reservations, and related booking requirements. - Handle flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, rescheduling, and other travel-related customer requirements. - Generate sales through effective consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling. - Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings. - Handle international customers professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service. - Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable travel options within their budget. - Achieve individual and team sales, conversion, and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate booking and customer information in the required systems. - Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales support. - Handle customer concerns and objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions. - Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Mandatory Experience International Travel Experience is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following: - US Travel Sales - International Travel Sales - International Flight Sales - International Airline Ticketing - GDS / Amadeus - International Travel Process - International B2C Travel Sales - Holiday / Vacation Package Sales - Travel Sales Booking Conversion Additional Experience Advantage Experience in handling PPC, Meta, or other digital marketing-generated travel leads will be an added advantage, but it is not a substitute for international travel experience. Required Skills - Excellent English communication skills - Strong international travel and flight knowledge - Hands-on knowledge of GDS/Amadeus - Strong sales and closing abilities - Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills - Customer relationship management - Strong follow-up and conversion skills Candidate should have a proven background in international travel sales, with the ability to manage the complete customer journey from enquiry and requirement analysis to fare presentation, objection handling, negotiation, booking closure, and post-sales support. Note: Prior International Travel Sales experience is mandatory for this position.
