Job Posting Title: IT Network Engineer At a glance: Based in Pune, India, this role offers the opportunity to work within Toyota Automated Logistics' global ICT Core team, supporting enterprise network infrastructure across more than 50 locations worldwide. You will work with cutting-edge networking technologies, collaborate with global engineering teams, and play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity for our global business. Your Impact: Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across global locations. Manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and datacenter networking environments. Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot complex connectivity and security issues. Support Aruba CX, Check Point, F5, SD-WAN, VPN, cloud networking, and enterprise routing technologies. Work closely with Development and Operations teams to implement network enhancements and infrastructure improvements. Maintain network documentation, standards, topology, and configuration management. Support network security initiatives, firewall policies, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access. Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell. Coordinate with global stakeholders, ICT Service Centre, vendors, and leadership throughout incident and change management activities. Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational excellence. What makes you a great fit Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in Network Engineering. Strong experience with enterprise Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Wireless, VPN, Firewalls, SD-WAN, MPLS, Load Balancing, and Datacenter technologies. Hands-on experience with Aruba CX, Aruba Central, Check Point Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and cloud networking. Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, IPSec VPN, Cisco ASA, FortiGate, TCP/IP, Wireshark, and enterprise security. Experience with network automation using Python, PowerShell, and AWX Ansible. Knowledge of OT networking and security (SCADA, PLC, Purdue Model, IEC62443, NIST CSF) is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment. CCNP certification or equivalent networking expertise is preferred. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
