Global Payroll Delivery Lead ADP GlobalViewLocation: BangaloreExperience: 1418 YearsDomain: End-to-End Core Payroll Processing Multi-CountryMandatory Skill: ADP CelegroJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries.The role will be responsible for overseeing payroll delivery, ensuring compliance and accuracy, managing escalations, driving service quality, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have extensive global payroll experience across regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end global payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.Monitor operational performance, balance workloads, resolve incidents, and act as an escalation point.Manage customer satisfaction and maintain strong service delivery standards.Perform end-to-end quality control and ensure adherence to payroll process controls.Train and mentor team members on end-to-end payroll processes and controls.Act as the primary liaison between payroll teams and customers.Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and escalations.Prepare and publish monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes, controls, and service delivery.Support payroll implementations and transition activities.Collaborate effectively with Business, HR, and IT leadership.Mandatory Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.1418 years of overall experience in payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms.Mandatory experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro.Strong experience in end-to-end global payroll processing.Exposure to US, UK, and Middle East payroll.Global payroll experience across UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN regions.Experience managing mid-size payroll operations and teams.Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Experience in payroll implementation and transition projects.Strong analytical, critical thinking, judgment, and people management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.Good to HaveExperience with other payroll/HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, or Workday.Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll compliance and statutory requirements.Experience in payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Important NoteEx-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are required for profile creation. .
