Key Skills: SAP S/4HANA EAM, SAP EAM, SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP UI5, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Asset Performance Management, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP PS Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a techno-functional expert for SAP S/4HANA EAM and Asset Management. Translate maintenance business requirements into SAP standard solutions. Design, configure, and enhance end-to-end EAM and Plant Maintenance processes. Support maintenance planning and capacity-oriented planning processes. Define Fiori-based, role-specific solutions for planners, supervisors, and technicians. Support SAP Field Service Management for mobile execution, dispatching, and technician activities. Support Asset Performance Management use cases, including condition-based and predictive maintenance. Work with MM, FI/CO, and PS teams for integrated maintenance and asset management processes. Collaborate with ABAP, UI5, integration, and DevOps teams on enhancements and interfaces. Support testing, implementation, and production issues related to SAP EAM. Experience Required: 3 - 10 years of overall SAP experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM on S/4HANA. Strong experience in SAP EAM customizing and Plant Maintenance processes. Good knowledge of SAP Fiori and role-based user experiences. Experience with SAP MM, FI/CO, and PS integration. Understanding of ABAP, SAP UI5, enhancements, and integration interfaces. Experience with SAP Field Service Management and Asset Performance Management is an advantage. Knowledge of SAP EWM is a good to have. Education: Any Graduation .
