Role Description The Procurement Operations Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement activities and ensuring smooth operational processes. Typical tasks include coordinating purchase requests, preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of vendors, contracts, and pricing. The role involves communicating with internal teams to clarify requirements, following up with suppliers on order status, and resolving basic issues related to invoicing or order discrepancies. The coordinator will help update procurement documentation, support data entry and reporting, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills to coordinate multiple procurement activities.Proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement or ERP systems, and basic data analysis for tracking orders and vendor performance.Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Ability to interpret basic contracts, quotes, and invoices, with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience or coursework in procurement, supply chain, operations, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, problem-solving skills, and professional judgment.Familiarity with media, marketing, or agency environments is a plus. .
