Job description Experience: 2-3 Years Designation: Product Manager UX Designer Location: Bangalore Position Type- Full Time- Office About the Role We're looking for a versatile Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle research, UX design, prototyping, and delivery across our consumer web experiences, core SaaS platform, and internal business tools. This is a true hybrid role: you're not a PM who occasionally opens Figma, or a designer who occasionally writes a spec. You'll understand users, design the experience end-to-end, build a working prototype, and stay involved until it ships. UX is not a phase you hand off it's a discipline you personally own. AI is core to how we work , not an add-on. You'll use AI tools at every stage research, design, prototyping, documentation to work faster and to a higher quality bar than traditional workflows allow. What You'll Do Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from research through UX design to shipped product Understand your audience deeply consumers, SaaS customers, and internal users all behave differently, and design for each accordingly Research the market from both a product lens (competition, opportunity) and a UX lens (usability patterns, user expectations, category conventions) Own the UX design of screens and flows information architecture, interaction design, visual polish not just wireframes handed off for someone else to finish Build working frontend prototypes yourself using AI coding tools, so UX decisions are validated as real, working experiences instead of static mockups Stay closely involved through development to ensure what ships matches the design intent and UX quality bar Partner with UX, business, and engineering teams using prototypes as the shared language that keeps everyone aligned Use AI to remove friction and raise quality at every stage, from first research to final ship What We're Looking For Genuine experience spanning both product management and UX design not one with light exposure to the other Strong UX craft a track record of designing interfaces and flows people actually enjoy using, not just functional ones Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow Strong research instincts comfortable with both market and user research Sharp UX judgment you can spot what's wrong with a screen and know how to fix it, down to spacing, hierarchy, and flow Technical fluency comfortable building or directing working prototypes (HTML/CSS, component-based UI) Comfortable owning outcomes through to shipping, not just handing off a design Key Qualities UX-obsessed cares about the details of an experience, not just whether it "works" AI-native reaches for AI by default, not just when stuck Curious wants to understand why users behave the way they do Comfortable with ambiguity can shape an underspecified problem before rushing to solve it Builder's instinct prefers a working prototype over a slide deck Versatile and hands-on equally comfortable researching, designing, and writing specs in the same week :About Hash Connect: Hash Connect $12 million ISO 27001 Certified MarTech company thriving to give a new direction to consumer interactions and engagements.
