Product Owner with Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Product OwnerExperience: 5-12 Years Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week from office) Shift Requirement: Flexible to work across global time zones and shifts as required About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) technology initiatives within a Financial Services environment. The role will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage product roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlog items.Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive solution delivery.Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements.Required Skills & ExperienceFunctional ExpertiseStrong experience in Financial Services domain.Hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue operations.Understanding of enterprise financial systems and workflows.Product & DeliveryExperience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or Functional Lead.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.ToolsJIRA and ConfluencePower BI or reporting toolsCRM, ERP, Billing, or Revenue Management platformsMicrosoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.CSPO, SAFe POPM, Agile, or Product Management certification preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Delivery of roadmap commitments and business outcomes.Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of delivered solutions.Backlog health and prioritization effectiveness.Improvements in O2C process efficiency and user experience.Successful collaboration across business and technology teams.Ideal CandidateA customer-focused Product Owner with strong Financial Services and Order-to-Cash expertise, capable of driving product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of business-critical solutions. .
