About the Company Brothers Advertising is a leading advertising, branding, and printing company specializing in flex printing, signage, offset printing, digital printing, and promotional materials. We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer / DTP Operator to join our team. Job Responsibilities Design flex banners, hoardings, posters, flyers, brochures, visiting cards, and other print media.Create social media posts and digital marketing creatives.Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing.Operate and manage DTP work for customer requirements.Edit and retouch images as required.Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate printing output.Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.Maintain design quality and brand consistency.Required Skills Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.Knowledge of print production and color management.Experience in flex printing, signage, and advertising designs.Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English typing preferred.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications 13 years of experience in Graphic Designing or DTP Operations.Freshers with strong design skills may also apply.Experience in a printing press, advertising agency, or signage industry is an advantage.Benefits Attractive salary package.Career growth opportunities.Friendly and creative work environment.Work Location Brothers Advertising Shop No. 02, Payal Residency, Plot No. 29, Sector 16, Taloja Phase 2, Navi Mumbai 410208 Contact Details 8070970980 print@brothersdigital.in Compensation: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
