Key Responsibilities Create engaging social media creatives, ad banners, posters, reels thumbnails, and presentations Design creatives using Canva (Advanced level) and other design tools Use AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALLE, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to speed up and enhance creativity Understand client briefs and convert them into high-converting visuals Apply basic design psychology (color theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy) Work closely with marketing & content teams for campaign creatives Maintain brand consistency across all designs Edit and resize creatives for different platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Handle quick revisions and tight deadlines efficiently Required Skills Solid knowledge of Canva (must-have) Basic understanding of Graphic Design Principles & Psychology Familiar with AI tools for design & content creation Good sense of colors, fonts, spacing, and alignment Ability to create designs for ads, social media & branding Good communication skills (English/Hinglish) Ability to understand marketing goals, not just design Creative mindset with attention to detail Good to Have (Bonus Skills) Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma Understanding of digital marketing & ad creatives Motion design basics (reels, GIFs, simple animations) Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling What We Offer Creative freedom & exposure to real client projects Work with marketing & performance teams Learn AI + Marketing + Design in real-time Growth-oriented startup culture Performance-based growth & salary increments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Compensation: 3,000.00 - 7,000.00 per month Perks: Adaptable schedule Work Location: In person .
