Job Description: Junior Executive Graphic Designer Company Name: Raptech Engineering Pvt. Ltd.Position: Junior Executive - Graphic DesignerLocation: Nighoje, Chakan, PuneDepartment: Marketing / Documentation / Design2. Key Responsibilities & Duties Design & Creatives:Design marketing collateral, including social media creatives, digital banners, product brochures, leaflets, video editing and technical presentation slides.Prepare and edit engaging visual content (images and short videos) for company websites and digital channels.Corporate & Technical Documentation Support:Format and design product manuals, data sheets, quotation layouts, and corporate profiles in alignment with brand guidelines.Coordinate with sales and technical teams to visualize engineering products, material handling equipment, and tooling solutions effectively.Brand Management:Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communication materials.Manage and organize a digital asset library of logos, vectors, raw images, and design files.3. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design (industrial or manufacturing sector background is a strong plus).Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; CorelDRAW).Basic knowledge of video editing or UI/UX tools is an added advantage.Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.Core Competencies:Creative mindset with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Good written and verbal communication skills.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleFood providedPaid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person .
