Junior IT Engineer Printer Installation & Support Job Summary: Kwality Enterprises is looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our technical support team. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of printer installation, network configuration, and troubleshooting. The role involves on-site customer visits for installation, maintenance, and support of printers. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure network and USB printers. - Install printer drivers on Windows laptops and desktops. - Configure printer IP addresses and network settings. - Troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues. - Diagnose and resolve printing, scanning, and connectivity problems. - Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of printer parts such as toner, drum, fuser, and rollers. - Coordinate with customers and provide in office technical support. - Update service reports after every visit.
